Meet Ryan O'Connor

Local Roots. Trusted Leadership.

For Ryan, Howard County is more than the place he calls home – it’s the community that raised him. As a Glenelg High School Class of '96 graduate and now father of three living in West Friendship, he understands what it means to live, work, and raise a family here, and he’s ready to stand up for the neighborhood values we all cherish.

With two decades of professional finance experience, Ryan will bring real-world expertise to Howard County Council, ensuring our hard-working families and local small businesses are not taxed out of the neighborhoods we call home.
